This animation is based on an original story by Alberto Sanchez Mascuñán from the prison Franco Burgos, Spain, where he spent 16 years.
It is part of a series of stories written for his little daughter, which he sent to Mexico, where she lived.
In "El Gallo Barbon" Sanchez Mascuñán recounts his own judgment, where he was saved from the death penalty to which he was condemned.
